On this free course, you can learn about driving regulations, road layouts, and car technology.
The workshop is a friendly session designed to prolong driving in the safest manner, stay informed about changes and drive safely for longer.

Ceroc Heaven SILC Workshop and Sunday Teadance
Ceroc SILC Workshop 1pm to 2.30pm followed by a Teadance social 2.30pm to 5pm
This is a combined Workshop and 'Tea Dance' event.
Silc Foundation Workshop from 1pm until 2:30pm, a 1 and a half hour Silc Foundation Workshop, teacher Kirsty Hayward
Then we have freestyle dancing from 2:30pm - 5pm.
The music will depend on who is there, including your Ceroc favourites and including slower, more chilled out and expressive music too.
You can come along to the workshop, the freestyle or both
There will be tea & coffee. Crumpets and toasted fruit loaf will be served during the freestyle.

Ceroc Freestyle! 8pm - Midnight
A single room freestyle party running from 8pm till midnight with a great mix of summer vibes with classic and new Ceroc music too!!
From the organisers - "This lovely venue is a real gem and has a fantastic sprung dance floor, a licensed bar and plenty of parking.
Don't forget: we're now also running Ceroc classes EVERY Wednesday evening which are a great success and means there will be an influx of brand new dancers experiencing their very first freestyle!"
The fabulous Ashley Davis or Mark O'Reilly will be your DJ for the evening.

Defibrillator purchased for community venue thanks to fundraising
Defibrillator purchased for community venue thanks to funds raised by Hucknall U3A plus generosity of an anonymous donor.
The John Godber Centre is pleased to share that a portable defibrillator has been purchased to be used in the community venue at the heart of Hucknall. The Centre is home to over 50 groups and businesses and used for private parties, events, live theatre and shows as well as activities for all ages throughout the week.
Hucknall U3A, who use the John Godber Centre for numerous interest groups as well as their monthly meetings, decided to raise funds for a defibrillator for the building and made a donation to the equipment of ...

Elemental Theatre Group – Normal
In a world where it's okay to be gay, with pride marches and celebrations in the LGBT community one gay actor is struggling to come to terms with how to 'be gay'.
Created as a response to performed sexuality and the social debate of 'gay parts for gay actors', follow the unnamed protagonist in this one-man LGBT comedy as he deals with family, friends, love, sex and work. What is it like to be part of the community? How difficult is dating for a same-sex couple? Are there any restrictions at work? Can an understanding family become a barrier to being your true self?
Written and Performed by Tom Stevenson, with an estimated 1 hour run time.

The annual Hucknall Beer Festival takes place 10th to 12th February 2023, supported by Nottingham CAMRA with a special preview evening on Thursday 9th February.
Following a 2 year break due to COVID the Hucknall Beer Festival returns in chilly February with a great selection of real ales and ciders. Great food, atmosphere and live entertainment
