An antenatal class for parents to be to come and learn the techniques of baby massage prior to babies arrival.
Massage is used in many countries from birth to settle and soothe baby. It is said to help with wind and colic symptoms, boost the immune, digestive and respiratory systems. It is also a beautiful way to bond with baby through skin to skin and eye contact which release the oxytocin in both masseuse and baby.
It is said that massaging your baby can help with breastfeeding and mental health.
The course is 2 hours learning the techniques and also having a chance to meet other parents to be.
This course aims to teach parents to be the baby massage techniques. Not only will you have the tools in your parenting toolbox to settle baby you will also receive a goody bag and notes to take away with you at the end of the session.
