Bar Team Members

Looking for a part time job that’s suitable for you, your family and other commitments? Want to earn an extra income but need hours that are flexible or looking for something part time around studies and social appointments?

  • We’re looking for friendly, reliable and outgoing team members to join our bar team to serve at functions including wedding receptions, parties and social events at our busy community venue in the heart of Hucknall. As we continue to increase bookings and events post COVID we have a growing diary of events alongside our private hire bookings and are looking for additional team members to join our bar and events team.

  • Shifts are planned monthly in advance so work around you’re other commitments and plans. We offer various hours and days and full training can be provided for the right candidate.

  • We have a close knit team of bar staff, cleaning support staff and duty managers here at the John Godber Centre and all work together to deliver a high service level for all our customers so they and their guests have memorable events. The Centre has two licenced bars, and various function rooms with weekend bookings for weddings, socials and parties, christening receptions and occasional weekday socials and gatherings.
